Professional Background
At Ushur, I lead implementation architecture for automation and customer engagement platforms, working with enterprise clients in healthcare, insurance, and public sector. I help guide product decisions, resolve delivery risks, and close solution gaps with custom development when needed.
Before that, I was a Partner Solutions Architect at AWS, where I supported independent software vendors on co-innovation and solution design across the digital customer experience space.
